Small, intentional changes
that make a real difference at home
A thoughtful approach to lower tox living
The water we drink, the products we use, and the everyday choices that shape a healthier home
If you have been thinking more carefully about what comes into your home, your body and your family’s daily life, you are not alone.
For years, I focused on the things I could see and control most easily: eating well, choosing organic food where possible, spending time in nature, and gradually replacing household products with safer alternatives. Those choices mattered, and still do.
What I had not paid enough attention to was water.
Like many people, I assumed bottled or filtered water was probably enough. When I first came across Enagic® and Kangen Water™, I approached it with curiosity and a healthy degree of scepticism. I wanted to understand the quality, the process and whether these products would genuinely add value to our home before making any decision.
After taking the time to research them properly, we chose to bring the K8 water system into our home, along with the Anespa shower system to reduce chlorine in shower water. Over time, these products have become part of our everyday routine, not only for drinking, but also for washing produce and reducing our reliance on a number of conventional household products.
What matters to me is not chasing perfection. It is making informed, sensible choices that support health, reduce unnecessary chemical exposure and feel sustainable in real life.
With this in mind, I simply share what I use in my own home, what I value and what I believe is worth considering, if you are trying to create a healthier home environment, in a practical and informed way.
If this is something you are already thinking about, I have a free eBook to help you take the next step.
