I have always lived by the belief that health is wealth. For me, that has meant eating as well as I can, choosing fresh, organic foods when possible, and spending time outdoors to recharge, whether that is walking by the sea or grounding myself in nature.

Over time, I created a lower tox home by choosing more natural alternatives for cleaning, skincare and everyday products. But there was one part of our routine I had not paid much attention to, our water.

Like many people, I relied on filtered and bottled water and assumed that was enough. When I first learned about Enagic and Kangen Water, I was curious and wanted to understand the quality, the process, and why so many people valued it.
